I took a deep breath, closed my eyes and very nervously switched to Wardour Secure Networks in Grantham...... Since that moment we haven't looked back. Simon and Paul, who we deal with directly, have been on the ball, professional and have sorted out our server, company network, computers, remote computers, printers....you name it, anything IT with speed and success. Response times to issues both major and minor have been knowledgably replied to on an immediate basis. Our IT systems are now fully supported, on a budget, within the scope of what we need rather than what's fabulous but what we don't need.I would be happy to recommend Wardour to anybody, particularly those small companies who don't know if it's worth the risk of changing their support supplier. Wardour Secure Networks (Simon) came to our house regarding a problem with our pc, he was very prompt, professional, explaining his charges prior to doing any work. We have a very basic knowledge of computors but Simon explained in laymans terms the problem, he took the pc away and returned with it fixed in a couple of days; in fact it is now better than before.
